VB Engineering was founded in 2007 as an EHS practitioner-led engineering firm. Drona VR was launched in 2017 as VB Group's immersive industrial training platform. Today, Drona VR operates across pharma, steel, oil & gas, mining, chemicals, aluminium, fertilizers, renewables, automotive, construction and agriculture — deployed across 100+ Indian industrial plants and growing internationally across the US, Gulf and APAC.

On-the-floor delivers reflexes but takes equipment offline, depends on a senior operator's bandwidth, and exposes new operators to live risk. Both modalities have ceilings the industry has hit.
